Description
The training consists of several modules covering a wide range of topics: from basic concepts of cultural understanding and the importance of perception in intercultural interactions to practical tips on German communication culture and business etiquette. Participants will learn how to build trust, organise and plan effectively, and understand the German way of working. They will also gain valuable insights into German history, economy and society, as well as cultural traditions and rituals.
Special emphasis is placed on adapting to the host country and dealing with culture shock and homesickness. The training uses practical exercises, case studies and discussions to give participants a deep understanding of German culture and equip them with the skills they need to feel comfortable and successful in Germany.
